IMPORTANT:

✨ If you received a free gift with purchase the gift must be returned for a full refund. If you received a discount for ordering 2+ items and are returning one the discount will no longer apply.

✨ Items arriving stained, damaged, or laundered are returned to sender without return, exchange or follow-up.

✨ Items in new condition returned without the tags will be charged a 20% restocking fee.

✨ Items in new condition returned later than 30 days from date of delivery will be charged a 30% restocking fee.

INSTRUCTIONS: After setting up exchange through portal please print your label and mail it back along with your original order number new with tags attached - no stains - within 30 days of delivery to you. All exchanges will be processed within 2-3 business days of arrival.

To avoid delays please include your order number and the new size and item you want in your package.

International Purchases/Returns/Exchanges

International orders may be subject to duties, fees, customs, or taxes that are the responsibility of the buyer.

International returns or exchanges may be authorized on a case by case basis within 15 days of delivery but all shipping and additional charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
