Ditch Blankets: How To Keep Baby Warm In Cars
We’ve all been there...

That “blanket or (backwards) coat that’s meant to keep a child warm while driving,” writes The Washington Post, “isn’t going to do much good after the car has rolled” or if temperatures drop below freezing.
Tanya cites numerous cases in and around her home turf -- rural Montana -- where drivers were stranded for hours and, even, days, with temperatures dropping and blankets being out of reach or, simply, ineffective. It’s scary, but it’s a reality for many families run off the road in out of the way places.

I work at the Turnpike and I get sick of seeing babies drug and just pajamas cause people don’t wanna waste time putting a coat on them. This is wonderful because I can wrap a baby in it. They’re still warm.

Bought for 6 mo old grandson. We will be traveling to Ireland in December and it will be used a lot on plane, in stroller. At home it will be used to go back and forth to day care for car seat to transfer back and forth to car. Quality of fabric a little lighter than I expected but will work.

My 2nd coat as my child gets older!
